The After-Party Post!!

Thanks so much for everyone who was able to make it to the Baby Shower or send a gift!! I've been meaning to post these photos all week, but haven't had time until today.

We had a lovely time with Amy and were so happy to share this fun time with her. She looked so adorable (as she always does) in her happy bright colored outfit! She received some adorable gifts, we had tasty food (click on the links for recipes), and played a few fun games.

For refreshments we had: 

 chicken salad on croissants, 

fruit and veggie trays, 

and creamy fruit mousse cups. 

(By the way, these are delicious when made with the

 Jolly Rancher flavored gelatin...just sayin... ;-p)

Amy received some wonderful gifts from all of you!!

Thanks to everyone who helped make the shower a success! We are so excited for Amy and can't wait to meet her sweet little girl! Those of you who sent gifts should be receiving a small favor with Amy's Thank You card. And when we find out the date, weight, and length after the baby is born, those who guessed closest to the actual numbers will get a prize!

10 Days left...

Hey Everyone!

Can you believe fall is just around the corner?!  I hope you are all enjoying these last few weeks of summer!

Just wanted to remind you that there are only 10 days before Amy's Shower!! Have you found that perfect gift yet?

For your gift shopping convenience, Amy is Registered at Target. :-)

If you are sending your gift, Target gives the option to have your gift sent directly to Amy. You can also choose the "Store Pickup" option and have it available for pickup at one of the local Target stores here. Layton, Riverdale, or Centerville are all within a few minutes. Just let me know if you would like me to pick it up for you and I will  personally wrap it in some totally cute paper and have it ready for Amy to unwrap at the shower!

Also, for those who live in Utah County, if you would like to carpool to the shower, please let Amy know (email smittyrockthehouse@hotmail.com). If she runs out of seats in her car, she can help you arrange a ride with other guests. :)
